Well, people could just throw that Ruth reprint or any other legit reprint in a box with a bunch of other cards and memorabilia and sell it as a “Lot” on marketplace. Scammers could play it off as if they were old or an ex-wife just selling off crap …people would have the slightest idea even after looking up the serial number cause the number is legit! Not good. Not good at all. That’s for being Awesome!

Bummer about Longlegs. I've been excited to see it considering all the hype surrounding it. I'm waiting for it to come to streaming and been avoiding trailers. Hopefully I have a better experience lol. I watched Abigail over the weekend and thought it was great. That girl can act, I can see her becoming a star. If you haven't seen it, you should watch Barbarian. It's the wildest horror movie i have seen in a long time.

Glad you enjoyed your sabbatical. It's cool your work does that for you. I just hit 20 years at my job and they gave me $150 on some catalog website (gonna buy a ebay gift card to use for a card) and invited me to a dinner I couldn't attend because it was during my work hours unless I wanted to use some of my pto.. Searching Ebay about a year ago, I came across PSA 10 Keychains. Jordan, Mantle, Kobe, etc.. they use real cert #s as well. I emailed PSA thinking they might want to put a stop to it for infringement but I never got a response. I'm not into horror movies at all but that's pretty much all my wife watches. Lol.. It's annoying when I decide to watch something and all you see in the "recommendations" is all horror. I just read your list off to her.. she's seen them all and her ratings were about the same as yours.. She recommends "Eden Lake". I've been busy lately and need to catch up on some of your videos. Gotta watch the one with you and Chris. Those are always good.

I think Ari Aster is an incredible director. Midsommer is probably my favorite movie in the last 5 years. Hereditary is also a great movie directed by Aster, if you haven't seen it already. One question... If PSA deactivates the certification on the 33 Goudey Ruth due to this replica, what happens to the legitimate one that someone owns. If the certification was just "stolen" from a picture of the card, it feels like the certification should still be valid for the legitimate owner of the card. Did I misunderstand? Thanks!

Hi Mike. I am not a big horror movie fan but my wife and I saw the Night House and it was ok. It's a shame that EBAY allows those type of cards to be sold. I don't understand why anyone would pay that kind of money for a known fake card. Looking forward to see how you get rid of some of the Vermont collection.
